Yes, we did it! Misinformed we were and good was the intention!
We did an error.
In the article “Jeremy Koreski and Peter Devries are nominees at the SURFER POLL AWARD” we claimed that it was the first time ever that there was Canadians nominated.
Well folks, seems like either we drove you into misinformation or you had a great time threaten us with very-very bad words with your buddies at the pub after a good sesh!
Canadian photographer and filmmaker Yassine Ouhilal's last movie “ARTIC Surf”, was nominated for best digital short at the Surfer Poll Awards last year (2009). If ever you surf in Canada, either you saw the trailer at least a couple of times or you live deep in the wood isolated far from any internet connection since way too long! I remember shivering the first time I saw it!
Believe us, we feel bad, kooky and stupid! We will try our best in the future to avoid any inaccuracy in our content.
