Marie-Ève Bertrand is a yoga teacher based in Montreal. Her interest into surfing and travelling lead her to try yoga on Stand-Up Paddle boards (SUP) a year ago at KSF surf school in Montreal. She fells in love with the concept and then rapidly decided to start her own yoga studio which focus on alternative way to make yoga and mix alternative sports.

Studio Popyoga have been born with one philosophy: being open to new alternative form of yoga & fitness to keep you in shape and lead a healthy life / lifestyle.
